Filtered metagenomic sequencing data can be downloaded using the data table below. Each file is named with the subject id and the age of sampling (in months), e.g., E000823_1.8.periodic.trimmo.60.um.1.fastq.gz is read number of 1 of the sample taken from subject E000823 at age 1.8 months.
